1. First you need to get and install dropbox if you don’t allready have it installed.

2. Then you go to options in inventorybuilder and change the data path to your new dropbox folder. In this case I have the dropbox folder located on my drive t:, click ok.

3. Then you need to copy all your data from your inventorybuilder installation folder to you dropbox folder. Start the explorer, browse to the folder, normally it is C:\Program Files \InventoryBuilder\DATA or if you are running on a 64 bit computer it is C:\Program Files (x86)\InventoryBuilder\DATA. Copy all subfolders to your new dropbox folder and you are ready and should be able to see your data when you start inventorybuilder. If not you have copied the data to a wrong folder and you need to check it.
